Mary “Jo” Hall went home to her heavenly father and family on September 9, 2024 after a battle with Parkinson’s. She was proceeded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Daniel Hall, her parents, Clifford and Inez Creasy, brother Michael Creasy and infant sister Barbara Gail Creasy.

In her day, Jo was quite the spitfire, who never met a stranger she wasn’t kind to. She was a generous soul who served in many capacities at Saint Francis Cabrini Catholic Church, Boy Scouts of America, Knights of Columbus 5588 and Saint James Catholic Church and school. Jo was a long time employee of St. Joseph/ Candler where she managed the Mercy Federal Credit Union. Simply put, Jo loved life and people. The countless lives she crossed are better for having known her.

Jo leaves behind her second husband and “first kiss”, Warren T Settles. Her children Gregory Hall, Susan Hall, Barbara Hall Anderson (Robert) all of Savannah and Steven Hall (Randa) of Birmingham, AL. Her grandchildren, Peyton and Ian Hall, Riley Anderson, Emily Anderson Gibson (Sam), Jack Anderson, and Sam Anderson. She also leaves behind step daughters Cathy Daughtry and Christine Wingfield (Bob) and step granddaughter Lauren Wingfield, all of Las Vegas, NV.

The family would like to extend thanks and appreciation to the caregivers at Harmony and from Home Instead. A special thanks to Georgia Hospice Care for their guidance through this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to

My deepest condolences to your family.

I was blessed to have two moms in my life. Jo was very special to me because of her enormous capacity to touch others with her kindness. My father was so lucky to find her, and I was lucky she adopted me in her heart.

- Christine Wingfield, Henderson, NV

Jo was a friend to all she met. Her laughter and smile made you feel right at home and this Southern Belle will be missed by many. A little piece of our hearts is missing now; but we know we can fill it with our memories of Jo and how she touched all our lives!!

- Bob/Karen Drexhage , Henderson, Nevada

I knew Jo thru the Credit Union at SJH. She always had a smile and such a friendly disposition. I can't count the number of times she helped me obtain the funds I needed raising two boys as a single parent. She was a true angel on earth. My deepest sympathy to her family & friends. Rest in Peace Jo.

Mrs. Hall as I knew her, was one of kindest people I have ever known. Our family lived across the street from the Hall family. My sister's and I would babysit for her children. When my mother had surgery in the 70's, she would drive me to the Windsor Forest pool and pick me up and was happy to do it. She was funny and I just loved her! Rest in peace Mrs. Hall
